What LD involves
Lectio = Reading of the Lenten text which leads to a
desire to understand its true content: what
does the biblical text say in itself?
Meditatio = Reflection. What does the biblical text say to
me? To be moved/challenged by God's word.
Oratio = Prayer. What do I say to the Lord in response
to His word?
Actio = Action. What should I do?
