Anointing of the Sick was once called Extreme Unction or the Sacrament of the Dying. The sacrament now is an anointing and a blessing that offers the grace to overcome frailties and the strength, peace and courage to overcome the difficulties of serious illness. If you or a loved one would benefit from this Sacrament, please call the Rectory at (401)331-2434.
Adults who wish to receive any of the sacraments should contact the rectory office.
Marriage Preparation (Pre-Cana) Instructions are required and must be attended at least six months prior to the wedding date. Therefore, arrangements must be made at least one year in advance, since preparation must be made for the Instructions as well as the Wedding. "A wedding is a day; marriage is a lifetime." Please contact the rector for more information.
